Start with the intended handling, opacity, stiffness and exposure to moisture. Paper and PVC are different constructions; PVC is not simply a coating added to paper. Compare actual material samples before choosing. Paper packaging and printed inserts are not made waterproof by pairing them with PVC cards.

No. Paper weight in gsm does not by itself describe thickness, opacity, stiffness or surface feel. Compare the actual stock and finish. When box depth or sleeve fit matters, confirm finished card thickness rather than estimating it from gsm alone.

The quote form includes 63 x 88 mm, 57 x 87 mm and 70 x 120 mm reference options, with custom dimensions reviewed separately. Choose the size around the longest text, artwork, intended handling and packaging. Confirm the exact production template instead of treating a general size name as a dieline.

Finished artwork is not required for an initial enquiry. Product type, quantity, approximate card count and a short description are enough to begin. For production review, supply the approved template, high-resolution artwork, embedded or appropriately outlined fonts, clearly labeled fronts and backs, and separate box files.

Bleed extends the background beyond the final cut edge. The safe area keeps important text and symbols away from cutting and rounded corners. Use the dimensions on the template approved for your project. Keep technical guide lines separate from printed artwork and confirm whether crop marks are required.

Request the required combination and identify the card side, box panel and artwork area for each effect. Base coatings and additional effects are separate specification items. Compatibility, registration, cost and the proof route are confirmed after the artwork and material are reviewed.

The project quote considers quantity, cards per set, unique artwork, dimensions, stock, finishes, collation and packaging. Samples, special tooling and delivery may be separate lines. Max Deck Print uses manual project review, not a universal online price calculator. Request quantity alternatives using the same specification for a meaningful comparison.

No. Submitting the website form sends your requirements for review; it is not a confirmed order or final proforma invoice. Specifications, the final PI and offline TT or other agreed payment instructions are confirmed with the team. The website does not collect online payment.

Check the quotation line by line for cards, packaging, additional effects, setup or tooling, sample fees and the delivery basis. Factory product pricing does not by itself include international freight, import duties, taxes or destination delivery. Ask for any exclusions to be stated on the quotation and final PI.

There is no single lead time for every card project. Artwork changes, proof approval, stock, effects, quantity and packaging affect production. Transport depends on destination, packed dimensions and the selected service. Provide your required arrival date and destination so production and shipping can be reviewed separately.
