Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how custom playing card and card packaging orders are shipped after PI confirmation, artwork approval and production completion. Shipping costs are confirmed offline because carton size, destination and shipping method vary by order.

Shipping methods

  • International express for samples and urgent small carton shipments.
  • Air freight for faster bulk delivery when schedule matters.
  • Sea freight for larger wholesale orders where cost control is more important than speed.
  • Customer-nominated forwarder pickup can be supported after production details are confirmed.

Shipping quote basis

  • Shipping estimates depend on destination country, delivery address, carton quantity, gross weight, packaging type and Incoterms. Printed tuck boxes, rigid gift boxes and heavy packaging can increase carton volume.

Lead time notes

  • Production lead time starts after artwork approval, PI confirmation and required payment arrangement. Sample proofing, special finishing, packaging and peak season capacity may affect schedule.

Customs and import charges

  • Import duty, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in the final PI or shipping terms.

Loss or damage

  • If cartons arrive damaged, please keep the outer carton, packing material, product photos and carrier documents. Contact us quickly so we can help review the issue with the shipping provider.
