Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to use of maxdeckprint.com and B2B custom playing card, game card and packaging inquiries submitted to Dongguan Max Deck Print Co., Ltd.
Website purpose
- The website provides product information, factory capability content, instant estimate tools, artwork upload and PI/order request forms. It does not collect online payment. Final price, sample fee, TT/payment details, shipping and production schedule are confirmed offline.
Quotation and PI
- Online estimates are reference prices only. A final PI may be adjusted after artwork review, packaging confirmation, shipping details, material availability or production requirements are checked.
Customer artwork and rights
- Customers must have the legal right to use submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, images and text. We may refuse projects that appear to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
Production approval
- Mass production starts according to the final approved PI, artwork/proof approval and agreed payment arrangement. Changes after approval may require additional cost and may extend lead time.
Limitations
- Minor color variation, paper batch variation and normal production tolerance may occur in custom printing. Exact color matching should be discussed before order confirmation, especially for brand-critical projects.
