Return & Sample Policy
Custom playing cards are made to order based on customer artwork, material, finish and packaging requirements. This policy explains sample proofing, artwork approval and after-sales handling for customized print projects.
Sample proofing
- Sample proof fees depend on material, printing, finish and packaging requirements. A reference sample fee may be shown on the website, but the final sample fee is confirmed in the PI.
- A sample proof is recommended for premium decks, black core cards, PVC cards, foil/UV finishing, custom boxes and first-time projects.
- Sample production starts after artwork review and payment arrangement according to the confirmed PI.
Custom order returns
- Because products are custom printed with buyer artwork, approved mass-production goods are generally not returnable for reasons such as changed design preference, unused inventory or market changes.
- If there is a confirmed production defect caused by factory workmanship, we will review photos, samples and order records to provide a reasonable solution.
Artwork approval responsibility
- Customers are responsible for confirming spelling, logo placement, card order, design content, bleed, safe area and final proof details before mass production. Changes requested after approval may require extra cost or schedule adjustment.
Quality issue review
- Please report suspected quality issues within 7 days after delivery. Provide clear photos, carton labels, order information and a description of the issue. We may request physical samples for review.
Possible solutions
- Depending on the confirmed issue, solutions may include rework, replacement, partial credit or other agreed handling. Final handling depends on the PI terms, defect type and production records.
