Original Card Game Manufacturing

Custom Card Games

Original card game decks with unique artwork, custom card counts, rules and project-matched packaging for bulk production.

Product Definition

What is a custom card game?

A custom card game uses original gameplay and card content rather than the standard suits and ranks found in a traditional playing-card deck. Each card may carry different illustrations, instructions, values or actions, so artwork control, collation and card count must be confirmed before production.

Standard production framework

Common sizes 63 x 88 mm, 57 x 87 mm, tarot, square or custom
Card count Project-specific; fixed before imposition and collation
Stock Blue core, black core or approved coated stock
Finish Varnish, matte, gloss, linen and selected premium effects
Packaging Shrink wrap, printed tuck box or rigid presentation box
MOQ Bulk projects generally quoted from 1,000 sets

Built for card-only game projects.

This category covers cards, deck collation, printed rules and card packaging. Game boards, dice, tokens, miniatures and fitted inserts are quoted separately and are not implied by the term custom card game.

Configuration

Four decisions before quotation.

These are configuration choices inside the product family, not separate product categories.

01

Artwork system

Supply one file per unique face plus the common or variable back artwork.

02

Collation

Confirm card order, duplicates, reference cards and any expansion decks before proofing.

03

Rules

Rules may be printed on cards, folded sheets or a separate booklet depending on length.

04

Packaging

Choose packaging only after the final deck thickness and component count are known.

Production Route

From specification to finished sets.

The same controlled route applies across bulk custom card production, with proofing and packing adjusted to the project.

Buyer Questions

Common questions before a PI.

Send artwork or a simple specification list if your project falls outside these standard options.

Can every card have different artwork?

Yes. Unique fronts and backs can be reviewed as a complete numbered file set before proofing.

Do you manufacture full board games?

This page covers card-game production. Boards, dice, tokens and custom inserts require a separate capability and cost review.

Can I include more than one deck in a box?

Yes, provided final deck thickness, dividers and box construction are confirmed during packaging review.

What files should I prepare?

Use the supplied card template, include bleed and safe areas, and provide a clearly numbered PDF or packaged artwork set.

Ready for a project-specific review?

Share quantity, card dimensions, card count, finish, packaging and destination. We will return a factory estimate and confirm the final PI offline.
